Shipping charge for several items in one package may differ from amount shown in online order form. In case of higher charge, you will be informed.

Local duties or taxes may apply. You must check with your local Post Office. We cannot declare an incorrect amount for customs.

We do not charge German VAT on international shipments (outside EU countries). You are responsible for any taxes, duties or customs fees charged by your local government.

Please make sure that you enter your address correctly. We must charge you for shipping if we have to re-ship an item because of an address mistake.

If we are not able to ship the items that you order within 42 days, we will notify you by e-mail (you must provide a valid e-mail address) and you may choose to keep your order open for another 30 days.
